AI automation for IT service providers and MSPs in DACH

Clearer ticket hand-offs and documentation.

I implement one defined AI workflow in your test environment. It creates handover or documentation drafts with human review and agreed acceptance criteria.

We clarify your workflow and tools in the initial assessment. I offer a suitable pilot with an individual fixed-price proposal.

FAQ

What to know before the pilot.

What happens after my enquiry?

After your enquiry, we arrange an initial conversation. We clarify your workflow, existing tools, and prerequisites. You receive an assessment of whether a pilot is suitable and what scope can be offered. Commissioning requires a separate proposal.

What is actually implemented in the pilot?

One defined hand-off or documentation workflow in your test environment. It processes an approved input and produces a structured draft for human review. The deliverables include agreed tests, a test report, and an operating and handover guide.

How is the fixed price calculated?

After the initial assessment, we define the workflow, test environment, integrations, and acceptance criteria. I then calculate an individual fixed-price proposal. Scope, prerequisites, and price are agreed before commissioning; additional work requires a separate agreement.

What do you need from us?

A process owner, suitable redacted test cases, and approved tools with test access. Any AI provider used must be explicitly approved. The enquiry form only needs a description of the workflow – no credentials or confidential tickets.

How much involvement is required?

You identify the process owner, provide the agreed examples, and review the results with me. We plan two short reviews for the pilot and agree on their content and dates before starting.

When does the pilot start and how long does it take?

We agree on the start and schedule with the proposal. They depend on the defined workflow, technical prerequisites, and availability of test data and access. The pilot starts once the agreed inputs and approvals are in place.

Can the workflow run in production afterwards?

The pilot provides the basis for that decision. Production rollout, extra integrations, data migration, and ongoing support are not included. We review the value, test results, and remaining requirements together; production operation is agreed separately.
