2. General information

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.

3. Website and server logs

This website is provided through Vercel. When visiting the site, technically necessary log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, data volume, browser and operating-system information, referrer URL, and technical status and error information.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and serves the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website as well as the prevention of misuse and attacks. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or to meet legal obligations.

4. Contact form and email

When you use the contact form, the details you enter are transmitted to our website. We use Google Workspace, including a Google Apps Script web app operated under our Workspace account, to deliver the enquiry technically and send the automatic receipt confirmation.

This may include your name, company, email address, telephone number if provided, selected service area, information about your enquiry or operational challenge, and any other information you choose to provide. We process this data to handle and respond to your enquiry and to take steps towards a potential business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual steps and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use this information for advertising or marketing without a separate legal basis.

5. Recipients and service providers

We use Vercel as our hosting and infrastructure provider. We use Google Workspace, including Google Apps Script, to deliver contact-form enquiries and for business email. ALL-INKL.COM continues to provide the direct email address office@suppelabs.at. They receive data only insofar as necessary for their respective technical services.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymised reach and usage statistics. It provides aggregated information such as page views, visitors, referrers, countries, devices, operating systems and browsers. According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not use cookies; we do not use the results to create individual advertising profiles.

The fonts used on this website are served locally. Apart from Vercel Web Analytics, no other analytics, marketing or advertising tracking services are currently used.

6. International data transfers

Vercel and Google may process personal data outside the EU or EEA. Where an international transfer takes place, it relies on safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is used for anonymised reach and usage statistics and, according to Vercel, does not use cookies. Your light/dark appearance preference may be stored locally in your browser. It is used solely to provide the appearance you selected and is not used for tracking or profiling.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will obtain the required consent first and update this Privacy Policy.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once further retention is no longer necessary. Statutory retention obligations may apply to a business relationship; tax and accounting records are generally retained for seven years.

9. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent for the future. To exercise your rights, contact us at office@suppelabs.com.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, email: dsb@dsb.gv.at.

11. Security and changes

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We update this Privacy Policy when services, processing operations or legal requirements change.

This website does not use solely automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
